Defined and clarified new global set of business requirements. Worked with the Microsoft UX team to streamline the event creation and customer registration UI. Defined BI strategy for the platform and assisted in implementation via code reviews. Brought in to assist in the creation of a business intelligence solution for Amazon’s Flexible Payment System. Responsible for rolling out a central reporting solution to show aggregated and detailed accounting data from 3 disparate systems. Worked with stakeholders to identify issues created by cross-system dataflow between order to cash (OTC) and AR tied out to the GL. Wrote PL SQL for MYSQL and Oracle on Linux to perform complex enterprise data analysis. Mandated to manage the fix for any bugs identified as a result of this effort. Acted as Product/Program Manager for the implementation of a global Workshop management solution in the Microsoft Premier services organization. Starting with the requirements from five subsidiaries, performed business process modeling and a gap analysis to identify the best technical solution. Performed business process reengineering to create a signed off baseline Workshop management process for all five subsidiaries. Took the requirements from the baseline process and worked with IT to modify an existing internal system. The resulting system caused a massive increase in employee productivity as most previously manual tasks (data collection and tracking via email and Excel, etc.) were automated. The Workshop management system is now live in 23 countries.

Performed product privacy reviews for internal and externally facing products. Made recommendations to product teams to keep software in compliance with Microsoft's privacy standards. Facilitated legal review and sign off of product compliance and privacy statements. Built a tool to automate privacy statement creation.Technology used: InfoPath, XML, and VBA

Worked as Product Manager on the Microsoft World Wide Events platform. Started 80% into a troubled release as a smoke jumper resulting in a successful rollout within 1 month of the original go-live date. Grew system usage from 3000 to 5000 internal users. External customer registrations grew from 3 million to 6 million per year. Built and managed a CRM practice with 15 consultants in the Northwest. This team successfully implemented MSCRM at Getty Images, DBSI, Alaska Federal Credit Union, Boeing (Military Division), and PAML (Pathology Associates Medical Laboratories).

Managed the implementation and integration of MS CRM. Worked with project team to define, establish and ensure completion of all program milestones and to maintain a disciplined adherence to timelines and budgets. Drove team to meet revenue goals and other performance metrics. Worked with internal clients to develop and support the strategic vision for the program, including strategic and tactical planning as needed. Provided full and accurate program communication to project team and sponsors. Used scenario based training to train 145 pilot users nationwide. Project finished on time and ~$180k under budget. System rolled out to ~800 users worldwide.
