Successfully worked with the budget, service center programs, and managed caseworker and volunteers. Worked with the Advisory Council to develop functioning committees. Oversaw the development and analyzed the countywide Christmas Kettle effort. Created a Kettle tracking and reporting system that greatly streamlined the process. For the last seven months, my responsibilities expanded from East Pasco to the entire county.

Self-employed with two partners in a commercial lending business. My responsibilities at Breeze Funding Inc. were to set up the company and track incoming funds and how these funds were spent. Responsible for the payroll and HR duties. Breeze Marketing LLC was set up as a real estate company with a broker of record. This was done so we could work with potential commercial customers for the purpose of buying and selling of land. I tracked the financial records for both companies for submission to the accountant for tax purposes. I worked closely with the other partners in the daily business. I sold my portion of the business in November 2004.
