A recent study covers prioritization for the replacement of Transmission Line Assets using qualitative and risk-based analysis. Prepared asset database to unify Planning and Operations data of existing and forecasted asset reinforcements.

o Contract Management: formulate and track project timeline, create correspondences, verify change order / variation orders, attend progress meetings, monitoring contractor/operator performance, formulate amendments to the contracts, process payments and invoices, visit project site or due diligence and contract close outs;o Procurement Process: formulate procurement timeline, invite bidders/request for contractors proposals, schedule bidding and pre-bid conference, provide technical inputs in drafting contractor's scope of works, verify contractor's eligibility, evaluate bidders' technical eligibility and financial bids;o Travel abroad/out of town (i.e. South Korea, Cebu, and other domestic places) to evaluate Supplier/Contractors eligibility and technical qualifications.o Act as Power Management Specialist (Supervisory Position) under Asset Management Group (AMG);o Assist in formulating the Operation and Maintenance Service Contracts, together with the finance and legal department representatives, for power plant operators;o Assists the portfolio teams in the valuation and disposal of National Power Corporation’s (NPC) generation and non-generation assets;o Update relative information of Power Plant’s activity, generation and status;o Provides technical/financial inputs (appraisal) and analyses in support to the resolution of issues related to asset valuation and disposal;o Facilitate pre-bid and bidding activities of the functional group;o Assists bidders in the conduct of due-diligence at the plant site; ando Undertakes necessary research and assist in the formulation of option studies.
