It all started in my Italian Grandmother's kitchen in Chicago as a young boy. She gave me an appreciation for hard work and thoughtfully made meals that would bring people together.This lead to my passion for the food & beverage industry, where I started my cooking career at age 13 at a local restaurant in Green Bay, WI. From there, and down the road, I had opportunities to become a Sous Chef, along with work in the front of the house at the highest quality establishments.This lead to my second passion of working with people. I transitioned from working in restaurants, to servicing them as a wine & spirits Sales Consultant. I found I really enjoyed getting to meet new people, while offering high end products, services, and concepts. You also can't beat the thrill of a hard earned sale!The natural step forward from this point was to teach others the skills I have learned through all the days I have been in the restaurant and sales industries. This leaves me where I am now; Sales Manager of a craft brewery.
