About Hinterland Brewery

The Hinterland Way... Some call it the road less traveled or maybe it's an uphill climb. I look at it as a journey that I set out on years ago. Similiar to paddling a long stretch of river through the Wisconsin wilderness, we're never really sure what's around the next bend.
