I am a Marine Corps veteran, and at the completion of my service I attended college. In my professional career I’ve found my most challenging responsibilities to be my service as a Marine, as well as attending classes full-time while working and being a father. Both of these tasks tested my motivation, dedication, and discipline. Proudly I can say I was successful in both roles.I have a great deal of personal motivation and yet I also find inspiration from my co-workers, my managers, and most importantly from the work I am doing. I depend on my co-workers to be team players and to contribute the necessary dedication and motivation for completing the job. I also have high expectations for myself in this capacity and enjoy encouraging my co-workers and helping them in whichever way I can. Managers also play an important role in the work environment. In the past they have helped me to become a better employee by reminding me that advancement is possible and within reach, even if it's not in my immediate future. Regardless, I always find the drive within to perform to the best of my ability as I advance in my life and career.To this point I have had a great deal of professional and personal experience. My enlistment with the Marines and my years in college have had a tremendous positive effect on my capabilities. They have also enriched my life. And despite the challenges I’ve experienced in finding stable employment in this economy, I remain positive and strive to be productive with the time and resources that are available to me. I am open to a variety of jobs and assignments, even temporary work.
