As a Warehouse Application Support at Wayfair, I have over 7 years of experience in providing IT support for various tools and applications that are essential for the warehouse order lifecycle. I work closely with developer teams, warehouse associates, and managers to troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve technical issues within inventory, picking, shipping, and other domains. My goal is to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of Wayfair's fulfillment centers, which deliver millions of products to customers every day.I have developed a strong passion and competency for IT support, customer service, incident response and management, and process improvement. I have resolved thousands of tickets, closed hundreds of locations tickets, contributed to a PHP tool to streamline resolution of frequent duplicate container tickets, and effectively triaged and escalated high severity issues. I also maintain and update our internal troubleshooting knowledgebase, which serves as a valuable resource for our IT support staff and warehouse associates.
