Responsible for all technology throughout the Village consisting of several departments such as Fire, Police, Public Works and Parks. Maintain 20 virtual servers with VMware and wireless Wan connections throughout the Village. I supervise two technicians at remote locations. I am responsible for the technology budget, purchasing, licensing, repairing and upgrading computers. Current projects include migrating remaining servers to our virtual data center, upgrading wireless WAN radios, implementing a VOIP phone system, and upgrading all police vehicles with new laptops.

Responsible for all technology throughout the district consisting of four Windows 2003 servers, two Server 2008 servers and 300 Windows 7/XP workstations at two buildings with approx. 700 users. Provide support and direction to staff members on all aspects of technology in their classrooms and curriculum. I am responsible for the technology budget, purchasing, licensing, repairing and upgrading computers. I also support the district PBX phone system, e-mail system, maintain Internet and Intranet web sites, and administration of the district network. I have completed several projects such as: migrating all servers to Windows 2003/08, Exchange from 2000 to 2003/07, upgrading our PBX phone system, and all workstations from 98 to Windows XP Professional. I have participated in the development of three technology plans and am responsible for all e-rate applications.

Support and maintain 425 Windows 2000 workstations in a multi-location, multi-domain environment. Responsible for all upgrades, (hardware and software), and all support issues that arise. Provide technical support to all staff members on a variety of district programs. Administer user accounts through Active Directory and customizing, (restricting) user environments with Group Policy on eight Windows 2000 Servers. I am responsible for all ghosting procedures, and migration from Windows 95 to Windows 2000 Professional, and NT 4 Server to Windows 2000 Server. Helped design, implement, and update district web site.

A middle-management position overseeing around 15 personnel, with responsibilities including organizing and planning of all inbound merchandise, inventory, packaging, stocking of product, and shipment of goods.
