The position required the oversight of company operations throughout Southwestern and central Pennsylvania as well as portions of Kentucky, Ohio, Tennessee and West Virginia. My office work included the administration and supervision of the gas lab, field services unit, inside and outside sales, machine shop, manufacturing, logistics/deliveries, branch financials and all other areas that directly pertained to the operation of the business.

I was tasked with the responsibility of the successful start up of Scott Electric Fire Alarm / Life Safety division including all aspects pertaining to the creation of infrastructure and administration within the division.

I directed day to day operations of the electrical department supervising 8 individuals directly and an additional 93 individuals indirectly store wide. I managed total departmental assets in excess of 2 million dollars in inventory directly and 23 million dollars in aggregate inventory store wide. I effectively managed departmental shrink to 0.5% through stringent inventory, pricing and receiving control.
