•Manage volume movement for 20+ crude oil stations throughout East Gulf Coast Region•Oversee monthly production of 600,000 barrels of crude oil•Analyze and research truck volume over/shorts•Reconcile barge over/short volumes•Communicate with external parties to ensure we received all relevant information for volume entry•Act as transportation focal for South and East Texas regions•Provide commercial value to Shell by collaborating with traders, lease analysts, operations analysts, transporters, and operators to ensure all customers are paid promptly and accurately•Provide ticket reports for internal and external parties•Key in 1500+ Crude Lease Trucks and third party tickets per month

•Review project proposals and analysis statements to determine efficient pricing.•Work directly with client accounting and payroll departments to verify account reconciliation methods, in an effort to prevent and/or reduce possible fraud activity.•Establish work plan for each phase of sales projects and initiatives.•Maintain data integrity to include systems , relationship management programs, and pipelines.•Preliminary review of corporate and personal financials for loan processing.•Prepare and review reports for pipelining, forecasting, and sales tracking.•Ensure proper incentive/commission credit for supported portfolio managers through detailed report analysis and strong knowledge of compensation program.•Assist credit and portfolio review departments in maintaining up to date financial reporting.•Coordinate closings with customers to ensure agreements are executed properly.•Run daily reports to ensure all customers stay within credit limits and to ensure that bank accounts are drafted in a timely and efficient manner.•Calculate foreign exchange rates regarding international wire transactions.•Facilitate deposit openings in accordance with FDIC regulations and other product sales.•Focus on consultative and relationship sales and service, maximized opportunities to strengthen and leverage existing relationships, develop business growth plans and prospects for bottom-line results.•Monitor overdraft reports, analyze information and make sound and timely decisions.•Additional responsibilities include projects, participation in bank initiatives, training and compliance.
