Responsible for the operational management of the university's application support specialty help desk, that focuses on the administrative systems. In addition, I also manage WashU IT's Access Management team. This group works in conjunction with various departments in the university to ensure the safety and security of access to ensure all requests are within policy. In addition, each request must be scrutinized for HIPAA and FERPA compliance.

Serving as Manager of the Service Desks for WashU IT while working to establish a single Service Desk for the university. The current combined desks support over 7,000 clients, while the goal of the new Service Desk is to provide service for over 26,000.
