- Develop and oversee training sessions for groups of 8-25 young athletes - Build and maintain relationships with young athletes and acting managers - Provide assistance with facility and departmental management- Research and develop drills for existing and potential young athletes- Prepare material for weekly clinic meeting i.e. word documents, power point presentations- Use knowledge of team building and work ethic to influence young athletes
