I manage a real estate investment portfolio which includes single family & multi-family residential homes. Primarily I buy & renovate single family homes for the purpose of generating profits after the resale of these properties.

Esdy was founded by the Murray brothers(Dave & Skip) in 1997 to pursue opportunities in Investment Real Estate. The investment portfolio now includes 27 units through-out Miami County, Ohio. We have bought, sold and invested in several projects over the past twenty-seven years, totaling more than five Million dollars. These include apartment buildings, commercial and mixed-use properties, and redevelopment of single family homes. In these projects, we've used a variety of debt and equity funding vehicles as well as tax incentives and government sponsored loans. Our direct investments are located in Piqua, Troy and West Milton.

Together with a couple past business associates/friends of mine, we operated a live music entertainment venue in Riverside, Ohio called Oddbody's Music Room. Our grand opening show was in July 2014. Managed the Sales operations and its department of 10 people.

Responsible for the overall coordination, the functional management and leadership of all of the sales activities for both the Infotel & Global GovEd divisions which consisted of a staff of 80+ people and over 100 Million dollars in annual revenue.
