I am responsible for coordination and oversight of pre-construction services: specific project responsibilities include review, coordination and quality control; pre-construction scheduling and team management; value-engineering; LEED and accessibility review and coordination; and team transition management from pre-construction phase to construction phase services.I have been in the design and construction industry since 1985. A practicing and licensed Architect in the states of Alaska and Washington, Brian has provided design, project management, construction administration, project engineering and pre-construction management services on a wide of array of institutional, governmental and private-equity projects including schools, visitor centers, university facilities, armories and mid- and high-rise mixed-used developments.
