Mr. Smith has over 20 years experience as a professional hydrogeologist and modeler. Mr. Smith manages projects involving complex hydrogeologic problems relating to groundwater flow and contaminant transport. He assisted in the development of the ITRC LNAPL decision making framework document and LNAPL training program. Currently, Mr. Smith is a principal reviewer of a complex groundwater flow model of the Los Angeles Basin and lead modeler on a large complex fate and transport model in the desert southwest. Mr. Smith also manages several flow and transport modeling projects for both private clients and state regulatory agencies in Wyoming and Montana.
