  We are full service Butcher Shops and Specialty Grocers with four Southern California locations in Costa Mesa, Newport Coast, Del Mar, and coming soon to Manhattan Beach, CA. As owners, we have a passion for cooking and that’s how we got here. High quality ingredients are essential to creating a great meal and we had struggled to find quality meats here in Southern California. The butcher shop we knew growing up had become a cooler in the back of a big box grocery store filled with mass-produced meat packaged in styrofoam trays. So in 2009 the change began; we opened our original butcher shop in Costa Mesa, CA. We are now food with a focus; sourcing the highest quality meats and ingredients available directly from the finest Farms, Ranches and purveyors in the West. Each of our locations include grocery and complimentary items built around our meats. We have a large Aritsan Cheese an Charcuterie case in each location. You’ll find specialty grocery items, spices and accompaniments and almost anything else you need to round out your recipes. We also have a large Wine Selection and unique Craft Beers selected by a local buyer. Our Del Mar location also has a kitcen and a seafood case built around sushi quality selections.
