Over the course of 20 years, we have developed a tremendous Team at HomeSpec BasementFix. Our objective is to have our leaders coach every day, helping ourTeam become more effective in their roles. We strive to create a great customer experience, starting with their first contact and never ending our proper communication. Our homeowners MUST have a GREAT experience or we have not fully done our job as a Team. We continue to row the boat forward daily, everyone grabbing an oar. Our goal as a Team is to develop those around us, leave the homeowner with a WOW! experience and lastly leave legacies by being humble enough to never having the desire to be a legend.
