Administers local Critical Area Program for compliance with State and Local regulations. Assists land owners with meeting regulations and implementing appropriate mitigation standards. County Floodplain Manager and CRS Coordinator, ensuring compliance with floodplain ordinance as well as providing the public with information about flooding in our area.

Provide conservation plans for local producers within Queen Anne's county to help reduce sediment and nutrient loss into the Chesapeake Bay watershed. Promote Maryland Department of Agriculture cost share programs that help the local agriculture community meet reduction goals for the Chesapeake Bay.

• Assist in obtaining data for use in watershed management plans, including contacting stakeholders within the watershed. • Consult with engineers in TMDL Program, for purpose of determining the availability or lack of data necessary for TMDL development. • Assist with coordinating and planning public hearings, meetings, outreach and education for projects related to TMDL as required by the Federal Clean Water Act and regulations implementing the Act. • Assist supervisor with internal coordination and management of TMDL projects. • Assist with the preparation, review, and editing of watershed management plans such as TMDL documentation available to the public through public comment period. • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
