Throughout my career I have always strived to do the best that I can. Treating customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect. I have an outgoing nature and will always go the extra length to complete any task that I have been set. I enjoy all aspects of IT and graphic design.For the last two and half years I have worked for Aspire IT Services where I have also greatly developed my skills in IT support (1st, 2nd and 3rd line). I thoroughly enjoy helping customers with minor errors, also challenging myself with more complicated onsite solutions. I enjoy contact over the phone and face to face. I believe that building a good rapport with customers has a huge influence in customer care and satisfaction. I’m knowledgeable in Microsoft O365, Win 7 & 10, Networking, Hardware, Adobe Creative Suite and always eager to learn more.After hours I’m a freelance graphic designer. I work closely with a marketing company producing artwork for brochures, leaflets, posters and exhibition stands for a global company. I have also invested some time in developing a friends’ website via Wix.com (www.labellebeautycheadle.co.uk) as well as building a successful website using basic html through BT hosting.Prior to Aspire IT Services, I spent 13 years working for Steroplast Healthcare. who gave me some great opportunities to develop my skills in sales, graphic design and warehouse and distribution.
