I was responsible for laying flooring of all kinds, painting, tile, electrical, plumbing, fence installation, and complete remodels.

I designed entire homes and single rooms for clients using AutoCad, Chief Architect, and Sketchup with Enscape extension.

I reach out to people asking them if they would be interested in selling their house and/or land. If they are interested, I get it under contract and then sell the property and collect a fee. I also take photos, give tours, handle all negotiations, and do the marketing.

I managed the restaurant side of this gas station. I was responsible for running the kitchen, keeping up with inventory, making sure all employees kept busy, handled customer issues, dealt with employees problems, unloaded truck, put product orders in, organized the stock areas, came up with creative ideas to display products, helped the gas station side from time to time, assisted with scheduling, ran regular team meetings, etc.

I moved up from a Team Member to a General Manager in 4 months. During my employment here I was responsible for and performed a plethora of duties:- Ran the kitchen- Ran the drive-thru- Kept up with inventory/truck orders- Unloaded truck and organized the stock areas- Handled customer issues- Dealt with employee problems- Introduced a fun/creative way to help make customers' experience there better- Trained existing and new employees- Fired/hired employees- Car-hoped- Opened/close storeetc.I wasn't very liked by some of the employees because I ran a very tight ship and didn't put up with any nonsense. In order to help reach production goals, I introduced an incentive program for all employees that helped us reach our goals. I performed routine deep cleans of all areas and regular maintenance of all equipment.
