Manager, Loyalty Programs And Strategy
Current- Manage a team of data analysts to development and execute customer retention programs- Forecast program performance and associated costs to predict return on investment- Supervise data modeler on creation of predictive models to optimize program lead quality- Develop presentations for Sr. VP of Sales and CEO on loyalty and retention measurements and program performance- Report to Korea HQ on KPI performance and ongoing initiatives to improve performance- Grow relationship with 3rd party vendors to gain market trend insights and new data sources- Guide project manager on setting timelines, stakeholder alignment, and program communication- Work with data governance, model governance, and enterprise data warehouse management teams to maintain data integrity and compliance- Set team goals in developing strategies to improve 'ease of doing business' with dealerships through website changes, system integrations, and reporting enhancements- Collaborate across departments and divisions to improve program performance through system integrations
