Being in management is exactly what you’d think it’s like. I’m the approachable guy at work that everyone wants to know but nobody wants to be because the dedication and sacrifices I make to better the company and make life easier for the employees. If you want to get something done, I complete the job with accuracy and haste everyone knows that about me! Yet no one wants to have to do what I do because of the amount of personal time and effort that goes into being everyone’s go-to. I’m obsessed with staying organized and making everyone’s life easier. There aren’t many things that can grow a company the way that hard work and dependability can. Leading employees and colleagues in training has been a huge part of my life in the past 15 years going from leading troops in the army then rejoining the civilian work force and continuing that leadership in sales and depot operations. Even when I'm not at the office I am a very active individual that has to be doing some kind of work at home whether it's working on cars or doing wood work to stay active but also feel a sense of accomplishment on my time off.
