Brian joined Cleveland Construction Inc. in 2004 as a Senior Project Manager and during his tenure with the company was promoted to the Director of Business Development for Construction. Brian was responsible for coordinating a team of Project Managers to complete multiple large construction contracts for the company's General Contracting division. He was also responsible for preparing and enforcing contractual agreements with owners, subcontractors and material vendors, as well as scheduling and planning the sequence of construction. In addition, he developed and monitored the budget and financial status of the project to assess current and potential profit. His construction background and ethical business practices along with his expertise in the commercial/industrial/retail marketplaces, with a primary focus on retail developments and historical renovations, meets the highest standards and criteria set by the Construction Industry. Brian's ability to bring a project to its final completion "on-time" and "within budget", while at the same time keeping the owner's best interests is his foremost priority and concern.

Brian progressed from Senior Project Manager to Vice President of Construction during his tenure with the company. He was responsible for preparing and enforcing contractual agreements with clients, subcontractors and material vendors, as well as scheduling and planning the sequence of construction. Brian developed and monitored the budget and financial status of projects ranging from $500,000 to $6M, to assess current and potential profit.

Responsible for selling projects from new homes to remodels and additions. Also, responsible for developing and monitoring the budget and financial status of projects ranging from $2,000 to $400,000, to assess current and potential profit.

Responsible for training Marines in Explosives, Bridge Construction and Combat Maneuvers. My ending rank was E-4/Corporal. Highly decorated with several awards: Meritorious Mast, Physical Fitness, Good Conduct and Combat awards.
