At Edge Anderson my duties include travelling around Ireland and the U.K carrying out examinations of vehicles and or equipment and compiling reports based on my findings. My duties include examinations of vehicles following collisions, and specialised reports which relate to faults with vehicles and mechanical failure. As a result of the specialist experience i have gained throughout my career i would have a vast knowledge of the motor industry and would carry out numerous private examinations of vehicles and mechanical components for the purpose of diagnosing the cause of failure etc. My duties also include Court attendances as an expert witness in my field of expertise.

At Ken Plant Autotech we specialised in the prestige vehicles such as Ferrari, Maserati, Lamborghini, Aston Martin, Bentley, Rolls Royce, Porsche, McLaren, AMG Mercedes, Alpina BMW and many more. My employment at Ken Plant Autotech included Diagnostics , maintainance and repairing of prestige vehicles with pinpoint accuracy and to a standard above the industries finest and like no other with the highest level of attention to detail. My role also included carrying out mechanical restoration to prestige vintage vehicles which included restoration by beadblasting and zinc plating and painting of components which are no longer available and rebuilding to return to their original condition and at times exceeding the original condition with a superior corrosion protection than the original components. At Ken Plant Autotech my role was also to liase closely with suppliers ordering specialised parts to complete the repairs. At Ken Plant Autotech i worked as a problem solver resolving many issues with vehicles which had been referred by other mechanical workshops who were unable to rectify the issues and required a resolution to an otherwise unsolvable problem . Any vehicles that were introduced to the workshop with issues to be resolved would be returned to the client in a timely manner with the highest level of care and attention to detail throughout the duration of the work being carried out.

My duties at Atlas Autoservice included assisting in the day to day running of the business which included liasing with customers, scheduling works to the diary, stock control, managing the day to day finances, submitting day to day performance management reports. At Atlas Autoservice Group my responsibilities included bank deposits, ooening and closing of the business and deligating work to the employees in the workshop. At Atlas Autoservice Group I worked hands on in the workshop to assist the workshop staff and to maximise the efficiency and turnover of the business. I also carried out specialised diagnostics on behalf of the lesser qualified mechanics to direct them in the correct repair techniques and procedures to further maximise the efficiency and turnover of the business. At Atlas Autoservice group we had specific targets to be met which resulted on a staff bonus which was met at every available opportunity and numerous times was exceeded to achieve a higher tier of bonus which included many complimentary nights out for all the staff at the branches in question.To achieve these bonuses I would assist the workshop in their duties to maximise the efficiency resulting in achieving the targets at a more relaxed rate which in turn kept the morale of the staff to a high standard.
