Construction Superintendent
CurrentResponsible for overseeing the Memphis TN, Northern Mississippi, and Jacksonville, FL markets.Create scope of work and assign budgets for each project.Responsible for managing and completing 5-7 projects concurrently.Write and issue subcontracts, perform material take offs, and purchase orders for suppliers.Maintain detailed project schedules and distribute to superintendent.Manage, train and dispatch field personnel daily.Manage punch list execution and maintain quality control.Schedule and coordinate KPI meetings, daily stand up meetings, and weekly pipeline review meetings.Perform take off, in progress, punch list, and final walkthrough inspections.Approve final payment to subcontractors.Submit utility applications and coordinate permit filing.
