• Analyzing material required to support production builds and create purchase order request• Creating/manipulating/releasing work orders and schedules into shops at various locations • Analyzing inventory levels needed for building product, as it pertains to customer orders• Managing safety stock levels for inventory projects • Assisting engineers in the format of bills of material• Driving material in to build product by creating adhoc work orders to analyze long term need for future orders • Maintaining customer purchase order request forms and communicating changes to purchasing analyst• Working with dock personnel to clear suspended material• Managing the repair and return process for returned materials• Managing contract sales and account adjustments• Creating and/ or editing new or existing raw material and finished good comcodes for RE-USE in MFG-PRO and GCIM• Setting up factory or vendor comcodes for the purpose of purchasing item• PRC orders back to regional customer service.• RTS ( ready to schedule) orders that have been accepted from material planners• Entering purchase order requests by material planner into MFG-PRO• Tracking and expediting purchased material from suppliers• Adjusting price and availability on purchase orders and corrects receiving issues.• Setting up new vendors in MFG-PRO and work with Sorvive to set up EDI interface• Analyzing and correcting purchase order invoice discrepancies• Creating SUB Contract purchase orders—sending material to outside vendors for test / repair / upgrade• Managing the Return to vendor process (contact supplier to get RMA and manage physical return of the product). • Correcting price and quantity discrepancies in invoicing• Working with logistics provider for premium shipments
