Outcomes range from individual career advancement to team culture building to competitive championships.My approach is a combination of rigor and heart that I’ve honed over 15 years as collegiate Head Sailing Coach at Stanford University and the U.S. Coast Guard Academy. During this time, I turned around one unraked team into National Champions and another team suffering from weak culture into a winning environment. My experience coaching top tier competitive athletes enables me to bring those approaches into the business world. I generate results for my clients with a blend of keen observation, direct feedback, empathetic support and persistent accountability.I am passionate about uncovering the unique strengths and core drivers of each individual in order to tailor a plan for exceptional performance.
