Audit loan packages received from contracted dealers and prepare loans for funding. If any issues are found, we then communicate with dealer finance managers to manage any funding delays. Once loan packages are complete, we pay out dealers for each loan funded and establish new accounts for all incoming loans.

Maintain an organized system to achieve title perfection for all vehicles the credit union holds as collateral for auto loans. Work directly with dealership, credit union members, as well as the registry of motor vehicles to solve any and all title related issues. Coordinate with other departments/ branches of the credit union to maintain accurate title releases for any vehicle loan that becomes paid off, adhering to not only credit union policy, but Massachusetts General laws and regulations pertaining to title releases upon lien satisfaction. Assist Credit union member with out-of-state re-registrations, title ownership transfers, and proper title documentation upon loan re-finance.

Maintain all the daily responsibilities held in my previous Teller I positon. Received training in Member Service skills such as account openings, IRA and HSA account setup and maintenance, Term Certificate openings and maintenance, and safety deposit box rental and use. Mediate disputes between members and the credit union and problem solved to get them resolved in the most amicable way to the member and credit union alike. Travel from branch to branch, working in all positions (member service rep. or teller) as needed, covering for co-workers that are on vacation or working in branches with higher daily volume as needed.

Perform essential banking transactions at a high volume on a daily basis. Process transactions including loan payment and payoffs, checking and saving deposits and withdrawals, bond redemptions, and purchase of monetary instruments such as bank checks and money orders, while adhering to not only credit union policy, but government regulations. Mediate the sale of credit union accounts and services to increase member's relationships with the credit union. Assist Member Service Representatives with IRA and HSA contributions and dispersals. Consistently provide the highest level of customer service.
