As an IBEW electrician for 12 years I had worked my way up to a Superintendent for United ELectric Company. I attened IUS classes at night during that time working toward my Associates degree in Electrical Engineering . I transitioned to Ford Motor Company - Kentucky Truck Plant in early 1999. Since then I have carried the roll of the Plant Project Coordinator. In that roll I have been the lead coordinator over several large multi-million dollar projects completed by the Ford Skilled Trades along with working directly with the contractors. My rolls and responsibilities included building project time lines from start to finish of a project. Managing the budget and hours worked to complete the projects. Working directly with the manufacturing and design engineers to build and install the facilities, machines and tooling needed to build quality Super Duty Trucks and the SUV Expedition/Navigator. Working directly with the IT engineers to install multiple networks throughout the Kentucky Truck Plant.
