He has also held several board positions with both for profit and not for profit organisations.After consulting for a start up IT business and then contracting to a Precision Marketing firm in the UK, Brian moved to New Zealand where he became responsible for Business Administration and Marketing in his successful tourism businesses. PURE produces super-premium, handmade artisan ice creams which are ranged by major supermarkets and offered in foodservice and tourism businesses across NZ. Brian is married with 2 children at high school. He is a keen skier, boater, hunter and tramper.
