Change management process for the successful establishment of the new methods and processes for maintenance planning and shutdown management Direct and manage kiln production line shutdown outages to meet set KPIs. Provide engineering technical support and direction for maintenance shutdowns involving the replacement, overhaul and repair of Rotary Kiln and Cement Mill process lines machinery.Establish “Tool box” meeting requirements.Establish the shutdown planning countdown schedule and establish and manage the shutdown maintenance program for all major repair programs on key process lines critical equipment items Mentor and coach team members comprising maintenance planners, area coordinators, site managers, operations and maintenance staff contractor managers and supervisors. Establish the Holcim global maintenance management process models (MAC) across the maintenance and production departments.Utilise data analysis processes to collate information to eliminate equipment failure root causes.Introduce the Holcim Ltd global maintenance management system modules and KPIs for maintenance management performance measures.Provide cross department support and undertake process improvement activities.Act as the site technical expert for maintenance and major equipment repair and improvement initiatives and activities
