I provide general spiritual-emotional support to Patients, Loved Ones and Health Staff. Specifically, I:Respond to referrals to visit patients and/or their families. This includes conducting assessment of spiritual needs of patients, residents, family members, physicians, associates and volunteers.Assist patients and families with advance directives and end-of-life issues. Provide resources for transition, bereavement and loss.Participate in multidisciplinary patient rounds and care conferences.Respond to crisis situations (e.g. Code Blue, trauma, death) to offer support. Assist patients and families with advance directives and end-of-life issues.Facilitate prayer, rituals and worship services. Offer workshops as needed.

I collaborate with the Spiritual Care team to provide pastoral care services to patients and their family members. I worked with Palliative Care, outpatient and inpatient ministries, helping patients and families meet their challenges authentically from their own spiritual resources. I led project development by collaborating with our leaders and other healthcare innovators to establish premier continuity of care to our community.I assessed and met the spiritual and emotional needs of patients, family members, significant others, and staff. I used my certified critical incident stress management skills, giving conscientious attention to Aurora shooting victims, families, friends, staff and agents of the government to maximize patient, public and team health.
