I have worked in Ammonia Refrigeration and Process Safety for 15 years and have directly managed Process Safety for nearly 10 years. I began my career as an ammonia technician supporting and optimizing facility equipment. I began specializing in OSHA’s Process Safety Management, 29 CFR 1910.119 and EPA’s Risk Management, 40 CFR Part 68 honing my craft over the next decade developing programs for multiple facilities across the country. In addition to managing PSM/RM, I have led Refrigeration Departments with 15 direct reports and been Project Manager on multi-million-dollar projects. My background allows me to offer real world experience and solutions to make facilities safer and more compliant. I strive to provide the best in Ammonia Refrigeration and Process Safety. One of the most rewarding parts as a PSM Manager is helping facilities who want to improve their PSM Programs, start a safety culture, and drive it to becoming the new normal.
