Worked with Professor Michael Carbin to utilize deep learning and machine learning techniques to create an embedded representation of source code to power downstream applications such as search and compilation.

Worked on a jupyter notebook alternative that handles the re-computation of code blocks that may have been affected changes in the program elsewhere. I was one of the main developers on this team where I co-designed and created the backend that handles code computation and code analysis for the public beta.

IdeaPad is a graph-based visualization tools that automatically suggests connections between ideas for users. To improve the tool, I tested various machine learning models to power a fuzzy search engine that can find results that were not keywords in the original query. I eventually settled on a mixed model generative algorithm that was powered by Solr.

Worked as an intern at honey while there were only 10 employees where I helped build out the original network of price monitoring tools.

Worked with professors and graduate mentors to characterize the role of the protein BS69 in embryonic development. Used various techniques including RT-PCR, in-situ hybridization, and genomic sequencing to generate the gene expression profile of organisms that lacked a functioning copy of BS69.
