Responsible for our Securities Based Lending end-to-end platform called LMS, or Loan Management System. My duties are focused on the overall success of the business line. I joined the LMS Product team in 2019, with no background in Securities Based Lending, at a time when LMS was half complete after 3 years of development and in a state of flux. LMS required leadership, direction, focus, budget control and organization. I brought LMS to code complete by December 2020 and recruited our first round of beta testing clients for production.Today my responsibilities include; the sales of LMS to new bank, broker dealer, trust company and RIA clients, managing implementations, prioritizing the product roadmap, achieving revenue and expense targets, deciding resource allocation, client wholesaling support and internal/external marketing. I have been a remote employee for the majority of my career and managed teams as small as 3 to larger teams of 20+ people.
