Assist the college and district offices in the use of the BANNER enterprise system, primarily the financial aid system. This required working with federal and state agencies as well as in KCCD personnel. In this capacity, I automated and streamlined processes and reporting using UNIX scripting, PL/SQL packages, and VBscript. I created processes and procedures to disburse Financial Aid to a third party bank, this included feeding data to (student personal data for opening accounts) and from (the bank accounts for direct deposit ) the third party in a weekly automated process.

Designed reports and processes for various departments, and Maintained the mortgage software system.

Worked in a team environment to design and implement software solutions for oil companies. Specifically the complete redesign of the database supporting two products of the company. This included the user interface of the graphical diagram of "down hole" well diagrams.
