I lead a team that is responsible for corporate applications solutions.

Provide support and setup for jobs maintained within the BMC Control-M software.

• Work with a communications company with over 5 million subscribers to provide technical support for CSG's billing system specifically in the areas of Financial, Event Notification, Taxes/Commtax and parameter changes.

• Maintained and upgraded Trend’s anti-virus infrastructure and software for 15,000 + workstations and servers.
• Successful conversion of anti-virus software from Trend’s Officescan to Microsoft Forefront for 15,000 + workstations and servers. Forefront leverages many of Microsoft’s current technologies including SCCM, Group.

• Technical project manager for successful move of DTN’s backup site and all equipment from Des Moines, IA to Bellevue, NE. This included every aspect of move from LAN layouts to physical move of equipment.
• In charge of DTN’s backup system and helped successfully migrate from ArcServe/Brightstor to CommVault’s Galaxy system.

• Charged with loading, configuring and securing server class machines, mainly Dell 2850s and 2950s including setting up hardware RAIDs and loading Window’s operating systems from Windows NT to Windows 2003.

• Worked overnight to monitor and resolve problems on DTN’s broadcast systems. This included Novell/DOS platform and Windows NT machines.
• Performed highly visible weekly maintenance on DTN’s system that brought in the most amount of money and never had a problem that resulted in extra downtime or that affected customers.
