Healthcare Highways is a progressive company that builds and manages an array of provider network options for members of our health plan as well as company partners such as health plans and employers. My role is to build, maintain and solution Healthcare Highway's provider networks for the various organizations accessing our provider networks. This work includes building and managing robust comprehensive provider choice networks, customer specific networks or smartly designed networks that enhance care and lower costs. We provide networks to employers purchasing health benefit plans for their workers, individual coverage plans on and off the exchange and beneficiaries on Medicaid and/or Medicare Advantage plans. We work hard to understand each client's needs and provide them provider networks and solutions tailored to meet their health plan objectives.

Served in several roles including several provider network focused domestic positions and having responsibility for the Cigna international provider network. Eight years of tenure was spent in role of RVP - Provider Network where the very talented team reporting to me was responsible for all aspects related to Cigna's provider network in 17 US states including Florida, Texas, Georgia and the Carolinas. Members covered exceeded 6M and medical spend topped $16B.
