I owned and operated the business. Set strategic plan to become profitable and to provide a return to our stockholders. Oversaw investments in the business, monitored revenues and expenses, merchandise buying, and in-store staff and professional services.

Provided every day management of NAU's brand use and strategic implementation of brand development objectives.

As a student employee I oversaw all facets of building/event management with a seasonal reporting staff of up to 60 employees. The Skydome is the premiere 15,000 seat multi-purpose event center for the Northern Arizona region, hosting all major sporting, music/concert, political gatherings, tradeshows, and professional and collegiate training camps. Oversaw all student employee management, payroll, hiring/firing across event staff, security, scheduling, training, office staff, and custodial. Was one of the highest paid student employees on campus by the time I graduated. Was recognized as Student Employee of the Year by peers and FT administrative staff. Worked full-time + throughout summer and holidays and student max hours throughout every year of my 5-year collegiate career. Graduated with honors.
