His franchise in Medina was the eighth One Hour franchise in the system.He has seen this industry, and the One Hour franchise family, grow from many varied perspectives. Starting as an Assistant Installer and progressing to Service Tech, Comfort Advisor, Operations Manager, General Manager, and Owner. Brian knows the system inside and out. In many cases, he has shaped and influenced how you experience the One Hour brand today.Presently Brian is a Shareholder and President of QTL Holdings, which owns and operates multiple One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing locations across the state of Ohio. These locations have won several Franchise of the Quarter awards, Presidents Circle Awards, and was awarded One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning Franchise of the Year and also IFA Franchise of the year for 2022. Brian’s focus has always been on following the process: extreme customer service, unique ways of building value, and investing in his employees. This approach has not only brought growth and success to his locations, but Brian has also become an in-demand guest on various HVAC oriented podcasts and publications.On the personal side, Brian enjoys spending time with his family, writing and playing music, racing and working on cars, and is deeply involved in the BMX bicycle racing community.
