Mr. Winters manages materials production for Riverside. In this capacity, he has worked on facilitating the production of many custom large-scale testing programs. He has maintained secure records for state projects, coordinated the combined efforts of many departments, managed office staff, and organized department functions such as orientation sessions and project launch meetings. Prior to joining Riverside, Mr. Winters provided freelance proofreading and editing services for graduate thesis revision.Mr. Winters has been responsible for supervising the production editing tasks for various assessment development programs. He has overseen and supported production editor duties such as producing and adhering to item and booklet production specifications and styles, as well as the coordination between product development groups, prepress, design/typesetting, manufacturing, item-banking, and proofreading, in implementing program specifications and meeting required deadlines. Mr. Winters has been directly involved with the production of several state and custom programs, their ancillary materials, and item banking systems. Projects similar in size and scope to this program have included Riverside’s contracts in Florida, Georgia, Los Angeles Unified School Districts, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, New Jersey, and Oklahoma.
