I play the upright and electric bass in JoMo and the Possum Posse.

I provide technology training to local and district-wide staff, including new teacher onboarding, acceptable use policies, and tech integration into the curriculum (tracking success through student assessments); train new ITSs both in-person and virtual. I lead the campus instructional technology efforts and ensure the seamless integration of the Technology Application TEKS (Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills) through the planning, evaluation, coordination, and implementation of instructional technologies. In addition, I facilitate the support of district systems on assigned campuses and act as the liaison between the campus and appropriate district personnel. In 2016, I was given the opportunity to open a brand new school, an elementary STEAM Academy.

I taught Language Arts and Math to the 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade talented and gifted students at a Title I campus. In addition, I taught lessons that focused on divergent thinking to Kindergarten, 1st, and 2nd grade students that qualified for services.

I waited tables, bartended, and trained new wait staff.
