In this role I continue to utilize my experience with UKG to identify, recommend, develop, and enhance custom solutions for Imagine Learning. Working intimately with HR and Payroll teams, I analyze, refine, and document procedures while researching and resolving system problems, unexpected results, data validations, process errors, automating manual workflows and developing training materials, guides and documentation for mass employee support.

Joining a small HRIS implementation team as a Program Analyst for a Fortune500 company of 24,000 employees, I was responsible for the configuration of core applications for Human Resources and Talent Acquisition: UKG and iCIMS. Utilizing my educator skillset, I coordinated and led training on both core applications - assisting in the knowledge transfer to our nine Clean Energy and Infrastructure Service Lines and created confident SME’s within each organization. In May of 2022, I embraced the Program Manager role on an interim basis – responsible for application leadership, implementation, and management - overseeing all roadmaps where I developed and executed test plans, enhancements, and upgrades.

During my time as the Curriculum Director for Bradford Early Education, I was responsible for the innovation, design, and research, as well as ensuring the implementation and maintenance of the B.E.E. curriculum, reaching over 800 students companywide.

In my 9 years as an Administrator with Bradford Early Education I spent time as the Office Manager, Marketing Director, Payroll Specialist and HR Director. We had big challenges to solve and my ability to be nimble allowed me to make a significant impact by implementing a multitude of technology – software and hardware - to our administration office and four childcare centers in the Denver Metro area. My innovative mindset toward the employee and customer experiences empowered my design of all curriculum and marketing material companywide, including center websites, social media administration, and swag. This allowed me to increase our applicant pool and reach customers on a much larger scale providing us an enrollment boom. I served as an escalation point for employees and an advisor for executive leadership regarding policies, procedures, and programs. Processing payroll for over 200 employees bi-weekly enabled me to utilize my obsessive organizational and time management skills.

Education and learning have always been my passion. As an educator in both private and public-school systems, I planned, taught, and monitored differentiated instruction for a variety of students while administering regular assessments that realigned my teaching to best support the students being taught. Towards the end of my teaching career I served as a mentor/coach to those coming into the Early Childhood system.
