I supervise all of our employees and train new employees as they are hired. I also interview and hire new employees. My other duties include managing the schedules, inventory and ordering and the day-to-day operations of the shop.

My primary responsibility was for the day-to-day maintenance and operation of the digital projection system.I also downloaded the new movies onto the main server at the theater once they arrived. I then created the playlist and loaded the playlist onto the hard drive of the projector the movie was going to play on.Other duties including assisting with the downstairs operations of the theater such as box office, concessions and usher. I worked in each area as needed.
