From our creative mixing approach while DJing to our custom lighting and production 2Bays has consistently provided the highest quality entertainment to Northern Michigan and beyond.

Pure Vibe Productions was a professional DJ company based out of Traverse City, MI. We specialized in DJing weddings and quickly gained clients as a new company. We obtained and held a residency at a local bar for two consecutive summers, were successful with bringing in large crowds, and maximizing the time they spent in the establishment. This company was dissolved whenever 2Bays DJs approached me with a full time position. We shared the same values for professionalism, customer service and our approach to DJ entertainment so it was a beneficial move for everyone involved.

Frequently helped sales associates through problematic orders and was able to teach them how to troubleshoot a rather difficult ordering system. Was one of a few employees that were entrusted to count and balance the register tills as well as create the bank deposit for the store. Facilitated interviews for potential candidates and played an integral part for the hiring process.

Guest Services (05/2013 – 10/2014)Daily responsibility for all front desk, customer communications and reservations for this 14 Condo Luxury Resort that caters to over 60 owners and 150+ families each year. Report directly to the Resort Manager with indirect leadership provided to housekeeping and maintenance focusing on daily tasks. Handle all incoming phone calls and emails regarding inquiries for rentals. Managed unit charts that included owners’ and guest reservation details showing the monthly and weekly schedule of arrivals. Actively worked with guests to assist with their reservations for dinner, golfing, boating and other recreational activities. Create leases for rented units and trusted to handle payment of the purchases. On arrival dates oversee all pre-arrival inspections of each individual unit that includes creating welcome packets for each guest. Greet and welcome guests on day of arrival and assist them through the check-in process to their condo. Accomplishments include:➢ Tasked with responsibility for creating the resort’s first social networking tool to increase online visibility.➢ Trusted with handling payment and private customer information on a daily basis.➢ Established track record of attendance and accountability.Maintenance & Bell Services (02/2010 – 08/2012)Maintenance responsibilities include grounds keeping, unit inspections, pool chemicals, low voltage electrical work, painting and many other miscellaneous preventative maintenance tasks. Bell services responsibilities include parking cars, transporting luggage and groceries to guest rooms and any other general requests owners and guests made. Accomplishments include:➢ Upon return from college was promoted to guest services due to prior performance in maintenance and bell services.➢ Recognized for building strong rapport with unit owners, guests and resort employees.➢ Recommended a media information system concept for the main lobby that is still utilized today.
