Heading up the Supply Chain Product Change Management team with responsibility of:• Direct and lead the product change process for Gum & Candy business category to deliver projects within the specified time, cost and quality parameters. Heading up the Commercial Project Management team in Northern Europe (10 countries) being responsible for:• Successful delivery of all NPD/Innovation projects for Gum, Candy and Chocolate • Consolidation of P&L’s for all innovation projects• The 3 year launch plan• Identification and implementation of gap closing product launches • The Integrated Portfolio Management process• The Northern Europe Gate Reviews• Interim responsible for the European Gate Review process • Part of the Marketing Leadership Team

Integrated Portfolio Management Leader being part of the Marketing Leadership Team and responsible for:• The Integrated Portfolio Management process• Training of new people and first point of contact for all questions to the IPM process• Accolade - IT system supporting the IPM process• Gate Reviews• Portfolio Management Reviews (PMR)• Innovation projects

In addition to my role as Supply Chain Project Manager I took up the role as Supply Chain Co-pack Manager as part of the biggest gum re-launch for Stimorol and V6 brands, being responsible for:• Tenders and contract negotiation with Co-packers across Europe• In cooperation with Management setting up Cadbury Northern Europe’s co-pack strategy • Ensure completion of all operational work related to the gum re-launch

Supply Chain Project Manager being responsible for:• Timely delivery of new launches• Calculation of cost prices• Finalization of artworks• Coordination of projects across all Northern European countries
