I am a recent graduate of the University at Albany with a degree in Emergency Preparedness, Homeland Security, and Cybersecurity and am actively seeking opportunities where I can leverage a strong educational foundation, hands-on internship experience, and 100 hours of related training.As the daughter of an Emergency Services Police Officer, I have always been keenly interested in a career that would allow me to work in service to others and embrace my deep sense of patriotism. To this end, I elected to concentrate in Homeland Security and minor in Spanish, earning multiple Dean’s List honors throughout my four years at the University at Albany.In addition to balancing a rigorous course load, I was selected for UAlbany’s FBI Collegiate Academy and completed 100 hours of approved training administered by FEMA, TEEX, International Centre for Asset Recovery, and Drone Trust. Additionally, I was a member of the Women’s Soccer Club and served as Fundraising Chair for the school’s chapter of Epsilon Delta Psi, a pre-professional criminal justice and emergency preparedness, homeland security, and cybersecurity fraternity. Furthermore, I was fortunate to acquire hands-on experience through internships with the Governor’s Traffic Safety Committee and NYS DMV’s Division of Field investigation.
