Over the last nine years I’ve learned a lot in the death care industry. One of the most important things I’ve learned is to never stop learning. I learn from each client family that I come into contact with. How to not only meet their expectations, but to exceed them and to anticipate needs. I believe this skill set can translate into many different industries namely hospitality, customer service, and client account management. I am highly self motivated, manage my time well, able to prioritize, and can communicate effectively.
