With over ten years of experience in health care administration and client service, I am a Supervisor Partner Services at HSA Bank, a division of Webster Bank, N.A. In this role, I manage a team of 8 specialists who provide support and guidance to our internal departments and partners on health savings accounts setup and other benefit solutions. I also implement strategies to improve service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Previously, I was a Sr. Supervisor and a Client Service Specialist at Blue Cross and Blue Shield, where I handled complex inquiries and issues from members and brokers, and supervised a team of 10 direct and 80 indirect representatives. I have skills in team management, problem solving, and strategy implementation, and I am passionate about delivering excellent service and value to the health care industry.
