I started by learning the quoting process and how Coins worked with Sales Force and every hour would run a report and bring that information over of quotes submitted on a work order through Coins. Inside sales would then go by priority and work on each repair submitted by a technician. You will convert the quote into a bid on Sales force and get pricing for material needed on the repair if any. Once you have all the information you calculate the cost on your calculator and enter it all into Sales Force. After everything you need for the quote entered you will generate your letter for the customer. I generated repair quotes for the entire service team from small repairs to large projects. Once I received customer approval I would order the material, track and do pre-job checks before I released my jobs to dispatch and the technician. I had over forty work orders of approvals that I managed and made sure were completed. I would run an open order report on all my quoted work to keep track of what was opened and make notes on the work order.

I started out as a dispatcher for our Peninsula team which was about four technicians. I learned the process quickly and started ordering the service department PM material and annuals while entering invoices and dispatching. About seven months into my role covid hit and then I took over the entire south bay and continued to order PM and annual material. I had about 20 or so HVAC technicians. I opened work orders, opened PO's, ran open order reports, answered customer emails, teams message for request, Corrigo request ect.
